Back by popular demand is our annual camping weekend! The Faith family is invited to a camping weekend at Beeds Lake campground from Friday, August 20th through Sunday, August 22nd. Sites #91 and #94 will be the central location of the activities. If you would like to reserve a site you may do so at this website - https://eservices.iowa.gov/iowaparks/index.php
Campers will be responsible for their own meals.
If you are not planning to camp, you are still welcome to come out and enjoy any of the activities.
Schedule of events
Friday, August 20
Set up and evening pontoon boat rides with Captain Ron.
Saturday, August 21
10 a.m. - paddle boat race registration. All racers report to the bait shop.
Afternoon pontoon boat rides with Captain Ron.
7 p.m. - All church campfire sing at site #91 and # 94 Bring a favorite snack to share. Adult and children Hula hoop contest.
Sunday, August 22
Noon - All church potluck at the Beeds Lake Lodge.
(Last names A-M - bring side dish or salad. N-Z - desserts.)
The church will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, cheesy potatoes, and drink.
Baptisms will follow at the lake in the afternoon. If you are interested in being baptized please contact one of the pastors.
