Pastor Dave Koenigsberg
Senior Pastor
Dave grew up on a farm south of Chapin Iowa and graduated from Sheffield-Chapin High School in 1972.
He attended Iowa State University and graduated with a BS in Industrial Education in 1976. He and Rosemary
married in November of 1975 and a little over two years later moved to Riceville Iowa where he taught
Industrial Arts for seven years.
In 1984, Dave responded to God’s call to the ministry, moved to Rowlett, Texas and began attended Dallas
Theological Seminary. He graduated from DTS with a Master of Theology degree with an emphasis in Pastoral
ministry in 1990. Dave and his family moved to Burwell Nebraska in December of 1989 where he served as a
pastor of the Burwell Baptist Church for 16 years. In January of 2006 Dave and Rosemary moved to Hampton
Iowa to join the staff at Faith, where he serves as the Senior Pastor.
Dave and Rosemary have three sons. Their oldest son Aaron and his wife Ariel live in Billings Montana;
Pete and his wife Keri and two sons, Colby & Josiah live in Sheffield, Iowa and their youngest son Nate
is a recent graduate of Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. He is currently living in Hampton.
Dave enjoys woodworking, construction, playing guitar, hunting, fishing and camping.

Pastor Brian Haynes
Family Life Pastor
Brian is a Colorado native. He grew up in the Denver area, cheering on the Broncos. He attended
Westmar College and graduated from there in 1986 with a degree in Business Management. He spent his
first few years out of college working as a tour guide in the Pacific Northwest.
In 1988, Brian married Brenda. It was that same year he began attending Denver Seminary. In 1991,
Brian and Brenda moved to Yankton, SD where Brian became the Youth Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church.
He also completed seminary at North American Baptist Seminary, he graduated from there with a Master's
in Christian Education. In 1997, Brian took the job as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church in Craig,
Colorado. In 2005, Brian became the Family Life Pastor for Faith. Brian has a strong passion for the family.
Brian and Brenda homeschool their three children. Ashley is a senior in high school, Abby is a sophmore,
and Caleb is an 8th grader. Spending time with family is very important to Brian.
Some of Brian's other interests include, golfing, playing guitar, coaching, and enjoying watching the
kids play sports.
