Rob Anderstrom moved from Saint Paul in the summer of 2022 to lead Faith Baptist as senior pastor. From an early age, God has stirred in Rob’s heart an earnest desire to know and serve him. Rob received his Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry from University of Northwestern in Saint Paul and his Master’s of Divinity at Bethel Seminary in Saint Paul. His wife and young daughter bring him much joy to his life! His favorite passage from Scripture is out of Ephesians chapter 2 where these words can be found:

“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ” (Ephesians 2:4-5a NIV)

“Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household” (Ephesians 2:1 NIV)

Rob is thrilled to be made alive by Christ’s love and mercy, and to be a part of his family here at Faith Baptist in Hampton.

Glen James recently moved from Texas to serve as our Associate Pastor focused on Discipleship.  Glen was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 25 years of experience in the business—he served clients across the country before sensing a deeper calling into ministry.

Glen has a heart for shepherding people through God’s Word and Discipleship.  He has served as both an Associate and Sr. Pastor in Texas.  He and his wife Theresa have dedicated the remainder of their lives to serving God’s flock.

Matthew 28:19-20: Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

Tanya joined the staff in July 2024 as Administrative Assistant. Tanya’s journey of faith began at a young age, however, it wasn’t until later that she fully embraced the spirit and heard God’s call through some storms in her life. She has called Faith Baptist her home now for 15+ years and was baptized here in 2015. Although her path has been filled with challenges, she is willing to follow God’s voice wherever that may take her. Tanya enjoys planning events and helping others, which brought her to serve on the Assimilation Team here at Faith for many of those years. Tanya’s most fulfilling positions in life are being Chad’s wife and mom to her 3 wonderful boys.

Director of Worship

John works full time for the US Postal Service as well as being a part-time custodian here at Faith. He and his wife, Tina, have 4 grown children, and greatly enjoy their grandchildren.
